<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">One of the other MAJOR reasons that vegetable oils are killing you is they are mostly made up of inflammatory omega-6 </span>fats,<span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"> while having very little anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats.</span></p>
